Who it's for
Private one-on-one coaching with Cosmo, for men who are done struggling alone. Most men carry their sexual struggles in silence. You don't have to. This is a place to bring what's really going on, without shame, and get real support. Men come to this work with:
- Erectile dysfunction
- Performance anxiety
- Rapid ejaculation
- Porn habits that no longer feel good
- Fear of intimacy, or feeling shut down or disconnected
- Curiosity about power dynamics and kink, and wanting to explore them with clarity and care
You don't need to be in crisis to start. Some men come because something isn't working. Others come because they want more presence, confidence and pleasure. Both are reasons enough.
How it works
Sessions are virtual and talk-based, so you can join from anywhere. Together with Cosmo, you'll get to the root of what's happening, then take it into your body and your life with prompts and practices to explore at home. That's where the real change happens: between sessions, in your own time, with support at your back. You'll learn to understand your body, own and speak your desires, and bring more honesty and ease into your intimate life.
Your sexuality matters, and so do you.

Couples Coaching
Who it's for
For couples who want more: more connection, more honesty, more play. Maybe something has gone quiet between you. Maybe you're curious about territory you haven't explored together yet. Either way, your intimacy deserves care and attention, and so do you both.
How it works
We work in partnership, as a couple ourselves and as practitioners. One of us works with the man and one of us works with the woman, so each of you has your own space to be heard and supported. Then we come together as a group of four to bring it all back into your relationship.
This path leads to a three- to five-day in-person immersion. There, you'll put what you've learned into practice through hands-on skills in somatic exploration, play, kink and intimacy, held by two guides who know this terrain from the inside.

The Alchemical Man
The Alchemical Man is a coaching community and training for men working in the erotic arts, somatic sex education or sacred intimacy. Come and build your business and develop your practice with a community of male practitioners committed to integrity, accountability and responsibility.
- The Alchemy principle: We work with what’s here, the prime materials of fear, grief, desire, shame, doubt and sensation, at the body’s slow pace, not just the mystical vision of gold.
Over 12 months, you'll be shaped by direct mentorship, peer learning, guest teachers and optional hands-on training. You'll get real-time feedback on your current practice, or the project you're developing, and support with the many layers of being an erotic laborer: how this work affects your relationships, how to earn a living, and how to hold different containers. You can also build your business through our Signature Workshop collaboration with Magic Media.
This work matters, and you matter.
Working in isolation rarely offers the container needed for growth in this edgy field. It's safer for everyone to practise within a community.

Brotherhood is the missing piece
If you've been doing this work, whether holding retreats, facilitating groups or working with clients in somatic or intimacy contexts, you already know something most people don't. This work is isolating. Between confidentiality, the complexity of what you hold and the rarity of colleagues who truly understand it, most practitioners do this work alone.
The Alchemical Man offers something rare: a genuine peer community of men doing similar work, navigating similar terrain, and willing to go deep together. It's not just networking, and it's not a forum. It's monthly live contact, shared learning, honest feedback, and the kind of professional intimacy that makes you better at what you do.
You'll refine your frameworks, stress-test your approaches with peers, and learn from guest teachers at the edge of the field. Then you can step into the in-person intensive not as a beginner, but as a practitioner ready for the next level.

- Your own clear, ethical structure for sessions
- A deep, working understanding of the Wheel of Consent, and how to teach it to clients as a framework for clear communication and staying in agreement
- Titration skills drawn from surrogacy practice
- The confidence to hold boundaries, including practising your "no" in session
- Integration of the Himeros Method, the session styles co-developed by Casia and Cosmo
You'll be seeing clients throughout the year, with ongoing support as real situations come up.
