Privacy Policy

The Himeros Project (“Himeros,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Happy Touch Healing Inc. in British Columbia, Canada. We take your privacy seriously, especially given the personal nature of our work. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us, for example when you:
- register for a free workshop (your name, email, and your answers to registration questions, such as who invited you and whether you'd like to receive emails)
- join our mailing list
- book a call, session or retreat, or buy a course or product (your name, contact details, booking details and anything you choose to share in intake forms)
- email us, fill in a form, or reply to one of our emails
Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number. If you pay by bank transfer, we receive the payment details your bank sends with the transfer.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools from our website host to keep the site working, keep it secure and understand how it's used, such as which pages are visited. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Personal and sensitive information
In coaching, sessions, retreats and courses you may share information about your body, health, relationships or sexuality. We treat this as confidential. We use it only to support you, we don't use it for marketing, and we never sell it. We'll only share it if you ask us to, or where the law requires it (for example, if there is a serious and imminent risk of harm).
How we use your information
- to deliver what you signed up for, such as sending your Zoom link, reminders, course materials and booking confirmations
- to respond to your messages and provide support
- to send emails about our workshops, courses, retreats and coaching, if you've agreed to receive them
- to take payments and keep business and tax records
- to improve our website and offerings
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We'll still send messages you need about something you've booked or bought.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job. These include our website and online store host (Squarespace), booking and scheduling tools, email marketing (Mailchimp), video meetings (Zoom), email and document storage (Google Workspace), tools that connect these systems (Zapier), and payment and banking providers. Our co-hosts and practitioners see only what they need to support you.
Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, so it may be subject to the laws of those countries.
Workshops and group sessions
Other participants may see your name and image in a live online session. Please only share what you're comfortable sharing, and keep what others share confidential. We don't record our free workshops. If we ever record a session, we'll tell you in advance.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required for legal, tax and accounting reasons. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable service providers, secure accounts and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorized access.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that's inaccurate
- delete your information, where we don't need to keep it
- stop sending you marketing emails

Age
Our website and offerings are intended for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with the date it was updated.
