Welcome to The Himeros Project. These terms apply to your use of himerosproject.com and to our free workshops, courses, retreats, coaching and other offerings. The Himeros Project is operated by Happy Touch Healing Inc. in British Columbia, Canada. By using our website or taking part in our offerings, you agree to these terms.
Who our work is for
Our website and offerings are for adults 18 and over. By using them, you confirm that you are at least 18.
Educational, not medical
Our content and offerings are educational. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and they don't replace care from a doctor, therapist or other licensed health professional. If you have a health concern, please speak with a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own choices and for taking care of your wellbeing while you take part.
Consent and conduct
Consent is at the heart of our work. In every session, workshop, course and retreat, we ask you to:
- respect the boundaries of facilitators, practitioners and other participants
- keep what other participants share confidential
- not record, screenshot or share any part of a session without permission
- treat everyone with respect
We may remove anyone from a session or offering, without a refund, if their behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful or harmful to others.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
Prices, dates and what's included are listed on each offering's page. Payment terms, deposits and our cancellation and refund policy are shared with you before you book, and they form part of these terms. If we need to cancel or reschedule something, we'll let you know as soon as we can and offer you a new date or a refund.
Our content
Everything on this website and in our courses, including text, videos, images, worksheets and the Himeros Method, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may use it for your own personal learning. Please don't copy, share, sell or teach it without our written permission.
Testimonials and results
Testimonials reflect the experiences of individual participants. Everyone's experience is different, and we can't guarantee any particular result.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other services, such as Zoom and our booking and payment pages. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
Limitation of liability
We offer our website and content as is. To the extent the law allows, Happy Touch Healing Inc., its facilitators and practitioners are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or offerings, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the offering in question.
