With over 3000 hours logged of professionally touching women’s bodies, Somatic Sex Educator, Cosmo Meens is offering this free one hour workshop about what you need to know about Touching Women, as a taster of a 7 module course over 3 months, from April to July 2026.
This workshop invites you to explore how to connect with women through touch — how to offer it, when it’s welcome, and why your presence and intention deeply matter.
Why touching with care and awareness is so essential for intimacy, trust, and the world we live in today.
By the end of this workshop, you will have a better understanding of:
• How to communicate with women about approaching touch with respect and curiosity
• The neuroscience of safety, consent, and connection
• How to recognize and respond to a woman’s verbal and nonverbal cues
• Tools to navigate common challenges around giving and receiving touch
